We utilize industry-proven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma throughout our approach. As a feature of our consulting service, we offer your team the opportunity to interact with Cleveland Clinic’s Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute personnel and tour our labs.

Murali Dodla – Senior Project Manager, Strategic Operations

Murali Dodla is responsible for supporting our affiliates with Business Performance Improvement Projects and enhancing relationships between the Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute and its affiliate, alliance and consulting partners.

He has over 14 years of experience in initiating and driving continuous improvement programs to achieve strategic business goals. Most recently, he was a member of the executive leadership team for Cleveland Clinic’s family health centers, leading projects focused on outpatient cost reduction, physician throughput improvement, patient experience and quality improvement.

His experience includes hands-on implementation of Lean and Six Sigma programs across multiple facilities and management of large projects. Murali received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in industrial engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is trained as a Lean Master and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
