Business Performance Improvement Consulting
Healthcare institutions today face an increasing need to run their cardiac operations at the highest level of efficiency while producing best quality outcomes. Our focus is to help them lower their costs without compromising patient care.
Our approach is modeled after the experiences and insights we’ve gained within Cleveland Clinic’s nationally recognized cardiology and heart surgery program. We begin by performing a systematic, multidisciplinary, and data-driven operational assessment and continue to support you through the implementation of selected recommendations. We utilize industry-proven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma throughout our approach. As a feature of our consulting service, we offer your team the opportunity to interact with Cleveland Clinic’s Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute personnel and tour our labs.
Scope of Services
Improvements in efficiency, supplies management, staffing ratios and other areas to reduce costs in the operations of:
- Cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs
- Cardiac surgical operating rooms
- Non-invasive cardiac imaging services
- Outpatient cardiology clinics
